Each year we recognize homeowners, architects, and contractors whose work made a Yalecrest home better without erasing it.
Preservation Utah (formerly Utah Heritage Foundation) annually presents awards to people and organizations who are "making preservation happen." In recent years, K.E.E.P. Yalecrest has submitted applications for awards on behalf of homeowners who have diligently remodeled their historic Yalecrest home within compatible preservation guidelines. Each of these submittals has resulted in a Heritage Award from Preservation Utah.
2017 — State History Outstanding Achievement Award from the Utah State Historic Preservation Office, for "ongoing preservation, education and encouragement to the homeowners of the Yalecrest Historic District for maintaining the integrity of their homes and neighborhoods and National Register status."
2016 — Heritage Award from the Utah Heritage Foundation for Outstanding Preservation Organization.
K.E.E.P. Yalecrest takes the Preservation Utah award a step further by presenting owners with a special plaque attached to the front of their home, recognizing them for their notable preservation efforts. K.E.E.P. Yalecrest also recognizes special preservation efforts and 100-year-old homes with plaques.

1604 E. Princeton Ave (David Goldsmith and Kara DiOrio) 2014 K.E.E.P. Yalecrest Excellence in Preservation Award — Original Duffin Market K.E.E.P. awarded and affixed a plaque.
